Information You Provide

Account Registration. MaterialWise Services. From time to time when using the MaterialWise Services you may be directed to a third-party website that is beyond our control. MaterialWise has no control over any third-party websites, nor over how they may collect, distribute, or otherwise use, safeguard or store your personal information. MaterialWise is not responsible or liable for the conduct, content, policies or actions of any third-party website. Any third-party websites are linked to the MaterialWise Services only for your convenience, and your access to them is at your own risk.

Data Retention

MaterialWise will retain your information for as long as needed to provide the MaterialWise Services and for our internal business purposes, which may extend beyond the termination or cancellation of your subscription or user account, or until we receive a deletion request. Please be aware that we will not be able to delete any content you have posted to third-party services.

Where Information is Stored; Special Note for Users Outside the United States

To provide you with the MaterialWise Services, we store, process and transmit information in locations in the United States. The MaterialWise website is hosted in the United States. If you are a user accessing the MaterialWise Services from a location outside the United States, such as the European Union (“EU”), Asia, or any other region with laws or regulations governing personal data collection, use and disclosure, that differ from United States laws, please be advised that through your continued use of the MaterialWise Services, which are governed by United States law, this Privacy Policy and the Terms, you are transferring your personal information to the United States and you consent to that transfer.

Legal Basis for Processing in the EU
